Refund policy

Every book and every piece of apparel is made for your order, so we do not take returns or exchanges on them, and all sales are final. Read the descriptions and the sizing before you buy, and if a question is not answered there, ask us first at support@youfirstproject.com.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong

If what arrives is damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, email support@youfirstproject.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement at no cost, and nothing needs to come back.

Lost in the mail

If tracking shows no delivery three weeks after the ship date, email us and we replace the order.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled within one hour of placing it. After that it is already being made.

Refunds

Where a replacement is not possible, we refund the original payment method within a few days.
